Iain Bett

Managing Director

Iain has been running the business since 2003, and has been involved in the Telecoms Industry for over 20 years.  Having seen how the market has evolved with Telecoms moving to the Cloud, and becoming more integrated with IT, Iain ensured that Brightridge followed suit by becoming a complete service provider.

Iain is fully focused on converged services when not on the golf course!

Steven McGuire

Business Development Director

Steven has been directing the operations and technical sales of the business since 2004. He is responsible for the sales and marketing of the business, working closely with the owners and Directors of our client base in an account management and IT consulting role.

When he’s not working he can be found out on the golf course trying unsuccessfully to lower his handicap or watching his beloved home town football team Falkirk FC!

David Craig Bsc

Technical Director

David joined Brightridge in 2004 as Technical Director.  He is responsible for the management, design and delivery of client network installations and upgrades.  David also works closely with Brightridge technical staff to ensure the smooth running of the IT support service operation.

You can often find David on the beach or in a field with his trusty metal detector, hoping to make his fortune whilst enjoying his favourite past time!

Janos Turk

Customer Service Engineer

Janos has been responsible for designing, implementing and supporting telephone systems, firewalls, data networks and CCTV systems since joining Brightridge in 2010. He provides support to our client base for all of these technologies and has a particularly strong data networking background.

Janos is a keen DIY enthusiast and has done an amazing job converting his home.  He’ll be on TV’s Grand Designs before we know it!

George Gray

Customer Service Engineer

George has many years of IT field support experience, working for several IT support organisations prior to joining Brightridge in 2010.  George’s duties include server builds, installations, migrations as well as project managing site re-locations and installations. He is also responsible for providing clients server, desktop and network support on a daily basis.

George is a great lover of the outdoors and spends much of his free time walking his dogs and caravanning.

Daron Johnston

Customer Service Engineer

As part of Brightridge’s in-house technical support team, Daron has been with the company since 2007.  Daron specialises in telecomms, voice and data network technical support. He also provides support to our clients for the management and ongoing support of their Internet connections.

Daron is extremely interested in astronomy, and has been known to spend an evening or two gazing up to the stars!

Philip McGuire

Customer Service Engineer

Phil has been providing remote and onsite IT support to Brightridge customers since 2006. He has a wealth of experience in supporting Microsoft servers and desktops along with the network infrastructure installed on our clients sites. Phil is responsible for providing remote and on-site support throughout our client base.

When not a work, Phil can be found trying to keep up with the apples of his eye; his young and very energetic twin sons!
